Standard tubing
fischer Mexico manufactures welded mechanical stainless steel tubing in various ferritic and austenitic grades to ASTM and DIN standards (with some exceptions).
Our product line consists of round tubing from 6.35 mm to 205 mm in diameter and a variety of standard square and rectangular shapes and sizes. In addition, we produce metric sizes as well as some specialty customized shapes and open profiles. fischer Mexico produces tubing in High Frecuency and Laser Plus™ welds.
Laser Plus™ is a new laser welding technique that provides stronger laser welds; particularly useful in applications where the tube is undergoing extreme forming operations or hydroforming functions.
Large round tubing specialists
For over a quarter of a century, fischer Mexico prides itself on producing the highest quality stainless steel tubing for its customers. fischer Mexicana dedicates 7,200 square meters of its facility to producing large diameter tubing up to 8” for the North American commercial vehicle market.
1,500 square meters are devoted to heat treatment for industrial applications, or specific automotive requirements, and to OD-polished tubes for various ornamental usages.
These increased capabilities in laser welded tubing and additional processes will service new and existing applications in the marketplace.
