The exact bending of longitudinally welded tubes is the second “traditional” core competency of the fischer group after welding. It takes a lot of know-how and experience to bend tubes precisely in the desired direction – without going beyond the physical limitations.
The secret to consistently bend parts in a mass production environment is a fine tuned combination of design, tooling, equipment and operator.
